Skillz Complaint Letter

Dear Skillz Team,I’m writing to escalate a concern regarding both my account status and broader issues with the new Skillz Rewardz system.Per your program rules, Ticketz earned from May 1st to May 31st determine a player’s current tier. I earned over 1 million qualifying Ticketz in May, yet my tier has defaulted to the lowest level. I’ve been informed that my earnings were recalculated retroactively without the multiplier—even though the multiplier was removed after the qualifying period ended. This is both inconsistent with your stated rules and unfair to players who met the previous expectations. I’m asking for my correct tier status to be reinstated based on my actual May earnings.Beyond this personal issue, I want to raise a larger concern: the elimination of the Ticketz multiplier is already driving players away. I’ve spoken with many others in the community who are either scaling back or leaving entirely due to this change. Without the multiplier, it now takes approximately $12,000 in gameplay just to reach the top tier and close to $50,000 to earn enough Ticketz for a single high-value reward. That’s simply not feasible for most players. This change removes the key incentive that kept mid-level and high-volume casual players actively engaged. Without a realistic path to meaningful rewards, many of us have no reason to continue investing time—or money—into the platform. I urge you to consider the long-term revenue loss from this shift, which may outweigh any short-term gains from a handful of high spenders. Please escalate this message to someone in product or loyalty program leadership. You are at risk of losing a significant portion of your dedicated user base if this isn’t addressed.Sincerely,Username:
